We are surrounded by so much judgement in the world, we need to give ourselves the space to move freely without our own judgements and worries

Rather than thinking about any expectations, think about enjoying the moment, what it feels like, and what it does for you ✨

👀 if it’s hard for you to come out of your shell find a moment to take a dance break for yourself. You can do a silly dance, jump around, shake your b***y, whatever feels best just don’t think about it and let your body move to the music & truly dance like no one is watching - that’s the first step to dancing for yourself 🔥
