This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned practitioner looking for either a satellite office or space to downsize comfortably, OR a brand new practitioner who is looking for their first home. Avenue Acupuncture collaborates care and shares office space with EMBER & ROOT modern therapy + counseling and is centrally located in downtown Plattsburgh, NY.

Eli uses a blend of Eastern holistic and Western sports medicine to achieve each client’s specific goals. Sessions are customizable and typically include a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, TCM, and Shiatsu. Sessions may also include the Graston Technique™️fascial tools in combination with essential oils to suit a client’s specific needs. Graston Technique is used for acute and chronic soft-tissue injury, mobility restoration, and post-surgical rehabilitation! He also utilizes Somatic Movement which is done through slow, mindful, controlled movement which the brain and nervous system actively learns providing lasting change within the neuromuscular system.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with a passion for people who wants to be in a supportive and healing environment.

We are located in a well-established Acupuncture office in Downtown Plattsburgh, NY that currently works alongside and coordinates care with a specialized Psychotherapeutic practice.
Responsibilities include greeting patients and clients, managing schedules, phone, and e-mail, collecting payments, sending superbills, resetting patient rooms, light cleaning, watering plants. Bonus: if you have a natural talent for social media marketing!

Experience with holistic businesses or experience in a medical office preferred, but not required.

Requirements: Strong communication skills, computer savvy

About you: Self-starter, organized, heart-centered, intuitive, positive, efficient, punctual, non-judgmental, conscientious, practical, open, honest, problem solver, articulate, confident, up-beat, intelligent, compassionate, thorough

Hours: Tuesday and Thursday afternoons with potential growth based on availability and suitability.
