District One EMS partners with Dane County EMS and PulsePoint Foundation - with that partnership, we are looking to keep a registry of the AEDs in our community. In the event someone suffers a sudden cardiac arrest, PulsePoint users will be notified of the nearest AED and public location of the person in need of CPR.

If your business, community center, church, education institute, or any other public area has a AED, please reach out to our Community Liaison - Nic Tomaselli at [email protected]

Did you know? The NH Division of Emergency Services and Communications manages the state's AED registry, ensuring that all public AEDs are accessible during emergencies. When these devices are registered, our 911 telecommunicators can quickly identify their locations and direct first responders or bystanders to the nearest AED in the event of a cardiac emergency. This integration into our 911 mapping systems is crucial, as it allows us to act swiftly when every second counts. If your organization has a public AED, make sure it's registered to help save lives.

Registering an AED is quick and easy – it can be done online at aed.new or by downloading the PulsePoint AED mobile app.
