💦 Coneflowers are drought-tolerant once they've established a full root system, but you should plan to water them immediately after planting and any time the top 1" of soil is dry until then.
❄✂ Coneflowers don't need much winter care—in fact, it's nice to leave the seedheads in place for the birds. By late winter, you can cut back whatever remains and wait for new shoots to emerge in spring.

We're approaching the season of Citrus Leafminer. Larvae of this moth feed by tunneling through the leaves of citrus plants. Traps are a useful tool for determining when moths are flying and depositing their eggs. Place them now to get ahead of an infestation. If you find moths in your trap, treat with BioAdvanced Fruit, Citrus, and Vegetable Insect Control or Captain Jack's Dead Bug if an organic option is preferred.
