Friday night was the Girl Scout Daddy Daughter Dance. I had the opportunity to caption a few images in my studio before they left for the evening. I'm sooo glad I did!!! I am thoroughly enjoying watching her grow up and I am thankful every day!!!

I cannot tell you how honored I was to be able to photograph these amazing young ladies. They are a part of the Canton High School Cross Country Team…heading to their homecoming. We had a heat wave here in Michigan…it was in the 90s and these ladies were so calm and collected. I am assuming the same way they are when they are kicking the butts of their opponents. I can’t believe it’s been another year. Sid is 5 yrs old. I wanted to send a BIG thank you to my fellow photographer, Emma Burcusel, for allowing me to take these photos during Emma's beautiful princess shoot she was offering. I spent the day helping her with her clients so this allowed me to photograph Sidney. These three images are my favorite. Some of you are unaware that I have been working on my own Photography Studio so I can do these photos on a regular basis. My studio should be done in May/June timeframe. I will keep everyone posted because I will be offering really good deals as I’m working through my various setups. By the way...these dresses are from Rainey's Closet, which I highly recommend for any photography session for girls.

Here's a glimpse into my photo shoot yesterday. We had beautiful weather in Michigan yesterday...the high was 75. What a perfect day to do a mother/daughter shoot. I feel so lucky to have this opportunity in my life right now....to go from Business Consultant to Photographer. What a change!!!

I’m not a wedding photographer however two of my friends decided to have a very intimate wedding on their front porch and had a block party to celebrate. I’m so honored to have been their photographer and to have been a part of this beautiful, loving day.
