This is some fabric she gifted me from her stash years ago when I got my first machine. It just so happens to pair beautifully with the English Garden/Juliet Rose Canvas from Rifle Paper Company and these little pulls remind me of a quilt she made my daughter when she was a baby. I'll post another pic when it's done.

What is the difference between #4.5 Coil and #5 Coil?

They are very similar and in most patterns interchangeable. The main difference is the width of the coil. The 4.5s will have a coil that measures 4.5mm wide and the will measure 5mm wide. Both will be about 1.25" wide overall.

The other main differences for the zippers we stock at this time will be the 4.5s are complete with the end stops and a long handbag pull, enamel painted to match the zipper tape and are YKK Brand. The #5 tape we carry at this time is not YKK Brand and comes by the yard with loose pulls. You will need to cut the zippers down to size and add the pulls yourself. This can be a little tricky for some at first but like anything, with a little practice gets easier...I promise!

One more very important thing to mention is the pulls and tape for the 4.5s and 5s are NOT interchangeable! If you would like to swap out pulls on any zippers they will have to be the same gauge...so only 4.5 coil pulls in 4.5 coil zippers and only #5 coil pulls on #5 coil zippers...and 4.5 metal will not work on 4.5 coil....or vice versa. They really just need to be exactly the same type of zipper and you'll be fine!

We ended up naming this one Orchid (thanks for the suggestion Amanda Young !!) But I feel like "Miss Piggy Purple" would also be appropriate 💜💜💜

The yellow finally came in and the new set is complete!!

We are still working on names for a few of the colors as well as the set. The colors were chosen to compliment Rifle Paper Florals so we would like to name them all after flowers...
