❤️ Boom! What a week ❤️ We had a tiny but mighty showing these past 8 days. Congrats to our dancers who performed, took class and competed! We had a group piece that took 4th overall and had 2 dancers make Top 25, Top 15, Top 6 and then 4th place making them new 2024 Radix Protégés! Congrats and .dance on what will be an amazing year for you guys assisting this amazing faculty ❤️ Congrats also to Greta for her 2nd runner up placing in the Solo Showdown! We are incredibly proud of all of our dancers! Can’t wait for next year! ❤️

✨Auditions for SDS Competition team are just around the corner! We couldn’t be more excited for our 2024/25 season! So many amazing things happening next year for our competitive dancers✨

✨ Classes run the weeks of July 8th and 15th
• Monday-Thursday evenings
• Classes will be Jazz, tap, lyrical/contemporary, ballet and hip hop
✨Ages 4 and up
✨Auditions will be held the week of July 22nd

🩵Our SDS competitive team is a top level training program, while still maintaining family/life balance. We work hard and compete hard. We pride ourselves on having a path for every kind of dancer because we are a team made up of so many different talents. Our teachers aim to instruct at the highest levels while our dancers aim to inspire and grow. This cultivates one of the best programs in the country and we couldn’t be more proud 🩵

✨WOW. The way we just finished out our season was one for the books. SDS had an incredible showing National Finals✨ Our dancers were unbelievable up on that stage! We took home National titles in many categories, won National solo/duo titles as well as earning Top Studio, at one of the most talented competitions we’ve ever attended✨

We’d like to thank our incredible dance families for trusting us and giving so much support to our SDS team. To our dancers: you were amazing! You all stepped up and graced that stage with pride, strength and heart! We love you all so much! To our incredible teachers: you are the best of the best! Your talent and love for our kids was beautiful to see. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you ❤️ To our prop team: thank you for all that you do! Your support is always so appreciated🩵

The winning was amazing but the memories made stole the show 🩵 The beach, family time, team bonding and competition was just an absolute blast! We can’t wait until next time to make more core memories ❤️

🩵 WOW!!! What a night!!! We had an absolutely incredible showing on the stage. Our dancers were strong, compelling and absolutely stunning. We are so proud of the courage, talent and drive that each one of them brought. It was a showing we will never forget! The talent on that stage was overwhelming and our dancers rose to the occasion. We are so proud of our incredible teachers and choreographers. We did it!!! 🩵

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ Our final graduating senior is Bella Saferstein 🩵 Bella is the overall power package. Her talent is insane. She’s the dancer the little look up to. She’s the dancer that can take a group to the next level. She’s funny, dedicated and driven. A natural born leader. A force performance wise on the stage. You can’t take your eyes off of her. Bella was one of the very few to make the U of M Dance Team, where she will be attending the next 4 years. We can’t wait to watch her continue to dance and thrive 🩵 We couldn’t adore her more 🩵

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ Next up in this year’s class is Lillian Haapoja 🩵 Lillian is kind, caring and beautiful. She has been at SDS for pretty much her whole life, achieving her 15 year award this year. Her growth in her dancing has been amazing to watch. Such a beautiful dancer to watch on the stage. She has made strong friendships at the studio while being a leader in her classes. Always a team player 🩵 Lillian will be attending The University of Alabama next year. We know she will do amazing things! We couldn’t be more proud 🩵

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ Next up in this year’s class is Allison Kolkman 🩵 Alli is what you would call a silent warrior. While she might not be loudest verbally in class, she’s definitely loud in her dancing. She is the kindest, most respectful and loving girl, who has assisted many of our younger dancers at SDS. She is tenacious and not afraid of hard work and growth. When she has goals, she meets them, not with complaining but with focus and work ethic. She has been a leader in our tap program with her crazy amazing technique and overall leadership skills. She will be receiving her SDS 15 year award this year 🩵Alli will be attending the U of M next fall. We are so proud of her and couldn’t adore her more🩵

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ Next up in this year’s class is Mikaylah Grundtner🩵 Mikaylah is the girl that lights up the room with her smile. Then she starts dancing and you are instantly filled with joy and blown away by her talent. She is happy, bubbly and contagious with positivity. Her passion and performance on stage is stunning. She has been an amazing mentor to our younger students with assisting in classes. She is just that teammate that makes the group stronger🩵 Mikaylah will be attending Iowa State University next year and we can’t wait to watch her thrive 🩵

🩵 And just like that, SDS Spring Recital weekend is a wrap! We had the most incredible time, celebrating our love for dance. Our dancers poured their hearts out on the stage and gave the most beautiful performances. We are incredibly proud of our dancers, teachers and staff. It takes a village to put on the production that we do and we wouldn’t want it any other way! To our parents and families- Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🩵 We are incredibly lucky to share our love of dance with all of your dancers. They blew us away this weekend! So much love and talent was seen on that stage.

You can see her love of dancing through her eyes and performance style. She is smart, loving and respectful. Cassie is a “can do” type of teammate that thrives in tasks as well as the classroom. She has grown so much in her training at SDS and we couldn’t be more proud 🩵 Cassie will be at The University of Wisconsin next year! So proud of you Cassie!

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ Next up in this year’s class is Ema Cable 🩵 Ema has finished strong as a senior this year. She was voted a captain by her teammates and has lead in an amazing way. She is stunning on stage with her beautiful technique and lines as well as gorgeous performance quality. Always a pro when she hits the stage. She’s also extremely fun and loves to laugh. A dancer that makes a team better 🩵 We adore you Ema and can’t wait to see all that you do at ‘Ole Miss next year!

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ Next up in this year’s class is Sonia Lerner 🩵 Sonia is a passionate dancer! Her conviction to movement is captivating and mesmerizing. It’s hard to take your eyes off of her on that stage. She is a giving, loving dancer and friend with a big heart. A dancer that contributes to a team in many ways. Her growth at SDS has been amazing to watch 🩵 Sonia will be attending George Washington University next year and we couldn’t be more proud 🩵

From our Competition program to our Invitational program, she has grown and trained in many ways. She is funny, kind and committed. A team player always in both her dancing but also her friendships. Her beautiful smile lights up the room and the stage. Being around her makes you feel happy and supported 🩵 We adore you Rayna! Have the most amazing time next year at the University of Kansas 🩵

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ Next up in this year’s class is Marissa Nelson 🩵 As a dancer, Riss is powerful and strong. Her hard work ethic and drive is something that contributes to her teammates and teachers. Riss has this in everything she does. From SDS to volleyball, to DT, to softball, she is a committed and loyal girl! Always bringing positivity, team work and love to all those around her. Marissa will be attending the University of South Carolina next year! We are going to miss this beautiful face in our classrooms next year 🩵

⭐️ SDS 2024 Graduating Seniors ⭐️ We are starting off this year’s class with Addi Heroux 🩵 There are not enough words to express how big of an impact Addi has made here at SDS. She is incredibly talented, smart and kind. Her passion and style is what sets her apart from so many others up on that stage. Her biggest contribution to SDS has been her leadership role with our younger dancers. Always giving so much of her time, she has been a role model to so many. We love and adore her so much 🩵 Addi will be continuing to dance on the team where we know she will thrive!

❤️ We had a crazy two weeks straight of Regional Competitions! Showbiz flew by! We are so proud of how amazing our dancers looked on that stage. So much heart ❤️ Congrats to everyone that danced! Minneapolis regionals are no joke! We are proud of our SDS fam 💙

💙WOW! What an incredible weekend 💙 We had our first full studio competition. From our Pearls to our Dads and Ladies, we had an INCREDIBLE showing. We took home many top overalls, scholarships and a perfect score of 300 for our Jazz Production number! We also took home the ADCC Studio of Excellence winner 💙 We are incredibly proud of our faculty and dancers. So much love to our SDS families and all the support you showed our performers 💙

🍀We had an AMAZING time competition this past weekend! Our dancers were strong, well rehearsed and happy to be out on that stage! We took a lot of top overalls, a Best in Show from our Superstars, an Encore performance from our Pearls and Top overall Green studio!
