Traditional with a twist! I am excited to share pics from this completed Covid project! We started working together in April 2020. I was still figuring out how to work without going into someone’s home. But we made it happen and I know I am super happy with the end result!

Received a special delivery today of amazing new fabric patterns from ! Already formulating plans on how to use them!

The most difficult project I’ve been working on for over a year now is my own home. Being your own client is the worst LOL! I can’t make decisions, second guess everything, etc. I have complete empathy for why people decide to hire a professional! It’s so much harder when your own emotions (and money!) are involved. But here’s a sneak peek as I start to put the finishing touches on!

Whew it’s been a turbulent few months over in my house! Hoping to get back into posting more regularly. Enjoying the classic tranquility this bedroom evokes when life feels crazy!

I was scrolling IG recently for wallpaper inspiration for my own master bedroom and there are SO. MANY. AMAZING. WALLPAPERS! How to decide?! But this detail of a bedroom done by my design friend took my breath away! 😍

I hope all the moms out there had a lovely Mother’s Day this past weekend. Mine was one of the most relaxing yet - perhaps because my boys are getting older! It got me thinking about my “village” who has supported me to get to where I am now. Building a business is similar. Finding people who you can bounce ideas off of and who help you along the way is essential! This shows a design by designer who is part of one of my online design groups. She is generous with sharing her knowledge and experience and I have always loved her careful use of the unexpected! Isn’t the green just gorgeous here?!

I am not sure what is more amazing about this s**ce, the furniture or the view!

This sweet little chest came from my grandparents - I lost my grandma just a year ago last month and my grandpa 9 years ago this month. I was close with them and when they moved out of their lifetime family home they gave me a few pieces of furniture to use. This is now used as my entry cabinet and reminds me of their house and all the time we spent there growing up! Often times s**ces tell stories about people and where they come from which makes me love this industry even more💕
