The Starfish Shack is a unique beach home located on Plymouth Long Beach in Plymouth MA. It was recently built by the Barefoot Cottage Company and completed in July of 2013. Complete with amazing water views of the Plymouth Harbor and the Cape Cod Bay from all windows of the home. You might need to start the Generator if you are using a lot of power and or the weather is rainy. Follow the steps in the video below. ***Important, remember to run the generator for 1 hour when the SOC (State of Charge) is below 40%.
When finished charging after an hour remember to FLIP THE BLACK SWITCH (circut switch) DOWN.

Our annual tradition of updating and adding amenities continues. This year, we've included four luggage racks, a new toaster, microwave, smart TV, front door handle, and four beach chairs. The crown jewel of our updates is the new solar system, which will make our guests' summer stays even more enjoyable. Happy Summer ☀️

As promised, if you are going to trespass at the Shack we are going to post it.
If anyone knows these fisherman or if you are these fisherman who continue to park in our driverway and on our property please call us first and ask permission. And don’t drive through our property to our neighbor’s property. That’s what roads are for 😮
It would be the same as parking in someone’s driveway on Warren Ave. and staying the day. 😉

Reminder…. The Starfish Shack is PRIVATE PROPERTY. That means you cannot park, walk through, come up to the porch, back deck, build a fire, spend the night on the property, set up tripods for bird watching, or simply spend time at the Shack without prior permission. Please respect the property as you would any other property in Plymouth. Cameras are set up and recording. We will post you here.

Part 2 Generator Video ( turning the generator off)
Follow the steps in the video to turn the generator off after 25-30 minutes of running to charge the batteries for the solar.
The Shack is 100% off the grid. Therefore, when and if you run out of power please refer to these two easy video on how to turn the generator on and off. The generator is used to charge the batteries for the solar. Please only run for 25-30 minutes. 😉

For the first time in 10 years we are finally able to have UNLIMITED wifi that works!!! That means 24/7 Nest and Blink cameras run all day long. Can’t wait to see what the winter brings. This is today ❤️
