The Gathering Place

This morning there was a post shared that said there was a vendor fair happening at our venue. Please know that we are currently closed to the public for booking. So do not fall for the scams!

With that being said starting next month we plan to start booking again! The fee will be $300 for the full day no matter what. Only the first week, the 1st-7th will be open for making reservations. And we are only booking for the month so no booking out!

Starting June 1st-7th you can make reservations for the month of June. Then July 1st-7th you’ll be able to book for July. After the 7th I will not take bookings. This is just temporary to help pay our bills here until it is sold or leased!

Join my friend Erin Dunn as she hosts a Sweet Mom Prom at our venue!

Due to some warranty/flooring issues and hopefully getting them resolved quickly we are not taking booking after March.

I will be reaching out this week to parties that have already been booked to refund deposits.

February 5th and 6th, are both available dates for events!! That’s my last Available until the end of March 26th and April 16th!! Almost all week days have availability, but book in advance!

The time has come. Pre covid, this would have been a great adventure!

It is with Great sadness that I announce, after July 30, 2022, I will no longer be accepting parties. This has been my favorite journey in life but after almost a year it is not able to sustain itself financially. Raising prices just isn’t what I want to do either! It has been such a fun opportunity to serve the community for a short time, but a lot of the failure is thanks to Covid. It just isn’t doable. If you like to book a party between now and August 1st, message our page and get your date booked.

On another note. My building will be for lease starting in the fall! Message Justin or I if you’re interested!

💥 IMPORTANT INFORMATION💥 Upcoming painting classes and other public events will require a deposit or full payment to hold your spot for the event. If you reserve a spot and cancel that money is not refundable. I understand things come up due to illness, kids and so on. But there is money and time going into materials and labor to get these ready for people to contact me just hours before to cancel. Thank you to everyone for helping us continue to grow and thank you for understanding!

Setting up for big events is much easier when you have small helpful humans! Next 2 days will be full of paint classes!

Friday, December 17th at the 7pm class we have opening for the Kids Painting Class. If you have signed up already your class will be at 5pm, unless you were told otherwise! The 7pm class still has openings! It is $20 per child and would make a great Christmas experience for all and a wonderful keepsake! Message us to get signed up!!

Thursday, December 16th at 6pm, Michele Musser is hosting another Painting Class- Gnome for the Holidays

All Deposits are non refundable. If you have to cancel your party, I do try to work with you if scheduling another within a reasonable time of your canceled party.

Thanksgiving🦃 and Christmas🎄 are right around the corner. Looking for a place to Gather with friends and family? Well look no furthers, we can accommodate groups up to 100 people for all occasions! We are currently booking into February of next year, so don't wait to book your event! Message us for any questions!

▪️A few changes are coming. All of our inside doors other than bathrooms and kitchen will be locked at all times, several previous parties have rummaged through my closets and helped themselves to my things. All parties will include 12- 6ft rectangle tables and 50 chairs. More can be added for larger parties.

▪️If you bring food or supplies with you, don't leave it behind in my fridge or counter top. That goes for cups/napkins/plates or whatever. You bring it you take it!

💥Here's a big one!!! If you wouldn't flush it down your toilet at home, do not put it in mine and try to flush it. If you see a toilet is not working, please call my number on the door and someone will be there to fix it. Don't continue to use it! It's common sense!

▪️Everyone has accidents I totally get that! I do. If you gouge or damage my wall please message me and let me know so we can keep The Gathering Place fresh and clean for all our guests.
Don't slide tables and chairs across the floor or anything heavy for that matter!

▪️I am setting a 100 people capacity limit on this space.
