Crafted with CPP grape must, raspberries, and wild fermentation from red Zinfandel grapes. The first sip is a puckering burst of sourness, evolving into a sweet wine-like finish. Balanced by milk sugar creating a harmonious blend of sour and sweet.

Have you always been interested in the brewing industry and want to learn how to brew beer? Sign up for our Assistant Brewer Training Program this fall and get hands-on experience at Innovation Brew Works!

Work alongside our Brewery Manager for 80-plus hours, gaining all the work experience and practical skills you will need to enter the production side of a brewery. Our 7-week course meets twice a week and covers topics such as packaging beer, bottling, cleaning tanks, milling, assisting with brew day, draft line cleaning, and so much more.

After completing this course we had 2 students open up their own brewery in California and 2 students open up a brewery out of state. For future information follow the link in our bio to our enrollment page!

Open Mic Night is back for the fall semester! 🎤🤩

Open Mic Night is held on the 1st Saturday of the month starting with our first open mic on Sept. 7th. All types of artists are welcome to come out and perform! We have a microphone, amp, and PA system available for use. Any additional equipment will have to be provided by the performer.
