HOW IT WORKS:

Pick D-Perfect Wig Service and select your allocated day to drop off or pickup hair. We do offer local drop off and pickup depending on locations. Once payment is confirmed you will be sent further info of address in the email confirmation.

STEP 2 Let Us know your specified. Once you have picked D-Perfect Wig Service make sure to add on how you would like your wig styled. Please let us know if there are any allergies to ingredients, any bodily fluid exposure to the wig unit, or damage to the wigs hair or lace prior to sending it in. Please state prior services as well, such as; treatments, hair cutting, or coloring.

Step 3 Service is within 3-5 working days for majority of services. 14 days for severely damaged. Pick our 48-hour express service for hair you need urgently. Receiving the hair from date of allocated pick up from hair you have 14 days to collect hair and either it’s pick up or drop off the driver can only wait 15 mins after pick-up/ drop off is scheduled. If Pick up is not completed an additional surcharge of 10. dollars will be added to collection.
We value your hair, but we are not liable for any hair being lost. so please make sure when sending hair to use proper labeling, or Track and sign mailing services pricing is not included.
