Nice to know we aren’t the only ones disgusted with Aperture Pet & Life, the private equity firm that owns BulkReefSupply, Aqua Illumination, Neptune, and EcoTech.

These guys need to take their overpriced trash and find another industry to unleash their havoc on.

BRS, Ai, EcoTech, Neptune are all having problems since their acquisition. Poor quality products, overly inflated pricing, and terrible (if any) customer support.

I’m calling on all retailers and hobbyists alike to BLACKLIST these products from the industry for good.

They are taking advantage of hobbyists and we’re frankly sick of it. We don’t spend tens of thousands of dollars on equipment and livestock to just lose it all to their junk malfunctioning all the time. They have caused enough trouble and shouldn’t be allowed to operate anymore… PERIOD!
