Happy Lunar New Year! 🧧🐅Yesterday we catered a luncheon for our friends over at Tropical Foods in Doral. Our menu included chicken & broccoli, bbq spare ribs, pork fried rice, shrimp lo mein, fried dumpling and egg rolls. We also included little touches - like chop sticks, fortune cookies & yummy dipping sauces. 🥠🥢🥡 We’re so happy they enjoyed their celebration! This past weekend we had the pleasure of catering a coed bridal shower. The happy couple requested several stations including a Waffle & Dessert Bar, Bagel & Quiche station, coffee station, and a Mimosa/Bloody Mary Bar. Catering on the Lane prides itself in making our clients wishes come true! We were so thrilled with how everything turned out!

A few of this past weeks Entrees from Catering On The Lane. Linguine with clam sauce, Mushroom Alfredo Cauliflower Gnocchi, Anna‘s Bacon wrapped Meatloaf, Seafood risotto, Zucchini mushroom and roasted pepper stuffed pork loin, Pernil, Ricotta stuffed meatballs and Herb crusted rack of lamb.

I was so surprised by this lovely gift yesterday. Our wonderful clients sent these beautiful flowers and card to thank us for feeding them and keeping them”fat and happy”. Lol. I love my job!

Last night we had the pleasure of displaying some of our food at the National Association of Wedding Planners monthly get together at the Palm House in Miami Beach. Thank you Meili Ramos for organizing this event and being an awesome hostess! Thank you Melissa and Nataly from Palm House Miami Beach for the use of their beautiful venue! It was great to see familiar faces and meet new people! @
