Sometimes we have to climb out of the holes we dug for ourselves...

I'm a flawed man. I make mistakes and do my best to learn from them.

I haven't always been a becon of health.

I grew up eating the Standard American Diet just like you.

And I suffered because of it.

I had low energy levels, faught with digestive issues, and my sleep was horrible.

I was an irritable and angry man because I was always uncomfortable or just flat out tired.

Then my story changed.

I decided to give a plant-based lifestyle a go.

Within weeks I saw my life shift.

I was happier, sleeping better and best of all my stomach didn't hurt anymore.

I know you are reading this and saying but will it work for me though...

And my answer would be yes.

I've coached hundreds of people to change a few habits and see their health dramatically improve.

Trust the process... Transparency post.

I almost didn't go to this amazing event.

Finances were tight, and it was really outside my budget.

However, I had already made the commitment to be there.

So I made moves to get there. And I'm glad I did.

The connections I made with my mentors and my audience was priceless.

I was able to meet people who inspired me and the people that I inspire.

This trip was another confirmation that I'm on the right path and I just need to trust the process even when it may look like I'm not getting results.

Moral of the story is keep moving forward even when you don't see surface results.

It could be you are just planting deeper roots for a solid foundation.
