YES!!!! STR owners want to IMPROVE the neighborhoods where their properties are located. Property values go UP not down. People need to educate themselves on the industry before ordinances are passed. The ordinances need to work for EVERYONE, not just a few VOCAL DISGRUNTLED neighbors.
