Sencha Chumushi. A delicious green tea with little to no bitterness if brewed correctly. It is from Japan and a medium steamed green tea. Not too hot of water to make it with. Nice cold brew tea. After cold brew then make it with water around 160 to degrees. I prefer my teas warm even on hot days.

Eleuthero root. Also known as Siberian Ginseng. Used over 2000 years in Asia to invigorate qi(energy) and increase stamina. Also people use to support sleep and mood. Available in tea form, capsules and drinks. If quality is good, it can be a nice product. Talk to your health care provider before using any new herb.

Green Tea Nectar! Made from Japan farmed and processed KukiCha and Sencha fannings. Kukicha is a green tea type made from small veins of green tea with a little bit of leaves on them. Sencha fannings are from left over leaf pieces of processed tea. Makes a dandy tea before the afternoon walk or workout!

Delicious green tea. I use Kukicha green tea which is made from stems from little tea leaf pieces attached. This is left over from Matcha making powder. After I use the Kukicha a few times I add Konacha which is the little left over tea leaf fragments from Sencha tea. It is from trusted Japanese manufacturer. Just a wonderful tasting green tea.

This past weekend I was at the SOHO expo in Orlando Florida, USA. SOHO means showing others health options. I went with my daughter and we had a great time. This expo deals with finished products that are for retail sales. Gut health and Collagen products dominated this expo. Always learning is my motto.
