Let me tell you a little story about me that you may relate to, I got into a terrible car accident when i was only 18 and i broke my hip, sacrum, tailbone and pelvis in 11 or so places...

However, i have struggled to maintain a healthy weight and physiqe because of lingering muscle issues and arthritis in my back from this accident.

That's why when i had my daughter back in 2017, and i was 80 pounds overweight, i KNEW i had to make a change.

It started with my determination to change my nutrition and my eating habits.

I was able to transform my eating and my mindset while learning about what nutrients my body needed to thrive, and reducing unneccesary calories, and guess what?!

I got rid of 75 pounds in three months without drugs or surgery.

I remember stepping on the scale on February 10th of 2018 and celebrating my success knowing I hit my goal which at the time was to fit into a size small dress for my cousins wedding.

The dress fit great, and i felt so confident in it!

But.... there was another challenge to overcome...

Underneath that beautiful dress I still had LOTS of pockets of stubborn fat, and loose skin and stretch marks EVERYWHERE from my rapid weight loss.

This left me defeated and still unwilling to wear shorts, or a bikini that summer.

And at the time, what i was seeing everywhere was people going under the knife and having serious life threatening surgery.

Thus began my quest to bring the best and most effective fat melting, skin tightening, and body enhancing treatments to my amazing clients in NorthEast Florida!
