The number of Houses with Pools vs. the number of Houses without pools currently for sale is about 25% or less of the inventory in any given zip code or area of town.
A few notable popular areas of town:
1) Nocatee (32081 Zip Code)- Of the 172 properties for sale, 9 have pools.
2) Ponte Vedra Beach (32082)- Of the 156 properties for sale,
43 have pools.
3) Jax Beach, Neptune Beach & Atlantic Beach (32250,32266,32233)- Of the 179 properties for sale, 32 have pools.
4) Southside Area (32256,32224,32246)- Of the 139 properties for sale, 38 have pools.
