A cool opportunity has hit the peninsula and soccer is growing! The NPFC Women’s team is eager to learn and play some beautiful soccer.

They are wanting to play local high school girl players in a friendly match on May 18th! Come get some extra touches in before summer sessions/season! Best part, you will be coached by Peninsula College Players for the match!

Open to all classes, including Seniors and incoming freshmen!

Storm King has two home matches for Opening Day Ceremony of the Monroe Turf Playfield!

Saturday, October 28th at 9:00 AM. The Monroe Playfield project marks the culmination of our community's decade-long efforts since 2007 to construct a playfield on the east side of Port Angeles. This facility will serve the Port Angeles School District and the community’s many programs.

Opening Day Schedule:

Opening Ceremony at 9:00 AM
Port Angeles Youth Soccer games at 9:15 & 10:30 AM
Storm King Football Club games at 11:30 AM & 1:30 PM
Rain Bear Running Club group run at 9:15 AM
Senior Center group walk at 9:15 AM
Event Information:

Bleachers will be installed in the coming weeks.
The public is invited to bring their own chairs for the games.
Please set up chairs in the locations marked on the map below.
Please do not walk or sit on the newly planted grass.
Parking is available at Roosevelt Elementary School and the Monroe Rd. parking lot.

Playfield Amenities:

An artificial turf field that is playable year-round for soccer, football, and more
Paved walking paths
Metal bleachers
Sloped grassy areas for extra seating
Parking and ADA access

The Storm King FC annual end of the 2022/23 soccer year BBQ and prep day is this coming Saturday 4/29 1-4 pm at our home Agnew field. Please join us for some fun and a little volunteer work. Storm King FC 2023 free tryouts will be in the month of May. Teams are formed by birth year. Please go to our website www.stormkingsoccer.com log in to your existing account or create a new account and register for the tryout. You may also reach out to an admin for more information. Storm King FC has a rolling registration enrollment. We understand that families have busy schedules. A makeup tryout session can be arranged at any time by reaching out to the coach.
