As for phone calls - we do understand it is frustrating not being able to reach us sometimes. We have a unbelievably high call volume right now. Our office has one lady and she is working very hard to get everything taken care of.
If you get our voicemail and it is full and you are able to text, please feel more than welcome to shoot a text to the phone. We try to go through the voicemails as we get them. We will get back to you as fast as we can.
