What’s your dinner plan for the week? Try Chef Williams special - NY Strip special. Pan seared with truffled Mash potatoes, Micro broccoli and Baby carrots topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce.
Come try Chef William’s roasted red pepper stuffed grilled salmon over Risotto topped with a nest of julienne vegetables.
And, if you’re good, you can have dessert - Housemade oreo crusted cheesecake!!

Looking for a traditional dish with a twist? Try Chef William’s Pan Seared sliced Rib Eye. Served with mouth watering garlic parmesan mashed potato and topped with sherry cream sauce and onion frizzles.
Anthony Bourdain said, and we agree, “Eat at a local restaurant tonight. Get the cream sauce. Have a cold pint at 4 o’clock in a mostly empty bar. Go somewhere you’ve never been. When did you start cooking?
-I’ve been working in the garden & kitchen since I was a young boy. My grandfather, an army chef, taught me how to create great dishes from farm to table.
What was your career turning point?
-In my 20’s I secured a job under the tutelage, and now friendship, of renowned Chef Kathy Egan!
How did you first start creating your own innovative Italian dishes?
-When I was Head Chef at Tony Boffa’s, an award-winning Italian restaurant in New York. I carried on their 73 year old tradition of excellence.
Since coming to Blu Grotta, what are your most notable changes?
- I saw an opportunity to take a great restaurant and move it towards an innovative dining experience. Like the kid in my grandfather’s garden, I’ve always appreciated fresh ingredients used to make unique dishes.
