Local Prepared Foods Pre-ordering:
We are going to start offering our own line of lunch meat available for pre order. Preorders will be picked up on Tuesday the following week or delivered. Each week the list will be posted with options for preorder, it will be first come first serve. Lunch meats come with options for sandwich kits.

Shipping: If you would like a Sandwich Kit sent to a loved one for the holidays we can accommodate (Two Day Shipping is required in a cooler box, lower 48 only. We will not ship swiss.)

(Please note these prices are far cheaper then what you would find at Publix. We actually brine and cure our own meats from whole primal cuts, instead of serving what Boars Head considereds premuim lunch meat)

We are at Mazda of Port Charlotte from 11am to 2pm today for their customer appreciation Saturday. We are still on limited menu today:
$4 3oz burgers
$3 Jumbo chicken tenders
$5 Street Corn
$7 Fried pickles
$3 Tots or fries

we are not out today, but yesterday we were and we really appreciate the support!

Because of the storm we lost all of our product. For those that are new to following us we make our own Pastrami and Corned beef, because of this it take 15 days to get a new batch ready. We know a ton of people are waiting for us to put it back on the menu, but till then we need your continued support. We will be running a limited American menu for the time being.

We will not be bring back the greek side of the menu when we return. For everyone that loved our Gyros and Falafel we are sorry about this, but we are moving in a different direction because of the storm and supply issues. We will still have a vegan and vegetarian option available.

The New menu is going to be Mostly American with Pastrami, Corned beef, Burgers (we are bring back the original white mannas), Chicken and a few specialty items everyone loves. Soup season is upon us and will be readily available once it gets cooler. We also are bring back our famous sous vide cheesecakes! We have finally figured out a way to make these in bulk without jars and will have them available weekly with seasonal flavors to choose from.

We are making a change to our SATURDAYs! We now will be offering meats by the lb thru our square site. These meats will be available for pick up that Saturday and require to be preordered ahead of time. We will be offering, Pastrami, Corned beef, Roast beef, and Smoked turkey. Once the Site is up and running supplies will be limited and will sell out quickly... just be prepared.

Pictured below is our DUCKING THANKSGIVING:
Duck confit, cranberry sauce, caramelized onions, pickled granny Smith apples, swiss cheese, on marbled rye toasted in duck fat. This will be available thru out November while supplies last. This sandwich is only available once a year!

Let us know where you need us... if your comunity doesn't have food or power we want to hear from you! Milton did a ton more damage then we first expected to your house and trailer. We finally have power and have been working all weekend so we can be out on Monday with a Limited menu. We also have food for those that can't afford a meal!

Update 2: Unfortunately we aren't going to be out Charlie Foxtrot Brewing tonight. My brothers house is still without power he is a lineman and his wife is a nurse so they need our third generator. We are using the truck generators to get power the house for the time being and will try to get out for service as soon as I can leave my wife and kids. On a side note if your in Punta Gorda and need a tire look up Woodie Lee's tire and auto they had an new tire on the trailer in less then 10 mins.

Hello , today we have alot to do so we can come out. Currently our house is without power. The trailer has a flat, we lost all of our food stock due to a faulty generator, and are still fixing said generator. We will know more in a few hours and will keep everyone up to date with our location but we are shooting for Charlie Foxtrot tonight from 4pm to 8pm. Menu items are going to be extremely limited.. Burgers and fried chicken with fries if we can get ahold of supplies in time!

Our food truck family is safe, we hope all of you are as well! Charlotte County is officially on a closed curfew till tomorrow. Due to the closed roads, flooding, and people trying to get back to their homes we are going to wait till tomorrow to open for service!

We are safe in Punta Gorda With family... we are going to ride out the storm and then be out to help with food service as soon as possible! From my family to yours be safe and we will see you soon!

We are moving the family and trailer out of the path of the storm. We will be back out serving as soon as Milton is over. Please if you are in the storm surge zones get out now! Some one took his red stapler and he is pushing a 60ft wave to get it back. Jokes aside from our family to your please stay safe and be prepared!

We are already very wet and we are looking at 6 inches plus from Sunday thru Wednesday... if your in SWFL please be careful the next few days. Flooding is going to be an issue. We will be back out Wednesday at Watson’s Ice Cream weather permitting.

Alright folk even if the storm doesn't move any further east then it has this is what we are looking at Thrusday and Friday. This thing is Big...

Something I hear all the time is 'I had no idea we would get that'. This radar kinda shows what I am talking about from future Heline. Even with the center well offshore we will have feeder bands rotating in from the Gulf that will likely reach most of Florida then the SE. These likely will produce Tornado Warnings. Update: we are canceling service this week

This direct from Mike's weather page as most of you Floridian's know, most news outlets like to hype everything up and make it seem like it's the end of the world. MIKE has never been that way and a source of reliably information in the day in age when you can't trust modern media.

So when they are concerned about this, so should you! Currently we are tracking the models and hope we only get rain and some wind however due to the timing of this storm we are mostly like going to have to cancel service this week. We are still waiting on a flattop and this storm might push shipping back further.

We will make the final call tomorrow!

Unfortunately due to an electrical malfunction on our flattop we are going to have to cancel service for the foreseeable future till we can get a replacement!
