"I was impressed with Paradise Floors from my first visit to their showroom back in January until they walked out of our home today. The first person I dealt with in the store was very polite and extremely helpful. When I took the tile samples back I was privileged to meet Nicole and John (husband and wife). They went out of their way to help me choose samples of tiles that would be the best match for our existing tile (no longer available). They both then came to our home to measure and give professional opinions. Our tile cam in quickly but there was a delay for installation because of other construction on the house that had to be done first. However, they made sure they put us on the schedule for the first day we all thought would be doable. They called the day before to let us know everything was still a go and they would be there about 8 o'clock or sooner the next morning! Surprise of all surprises - they showed up about 7:45 a.m., went right to work. This was their work ethic for the entire time! They took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly to our satisfaction; went over and above attending to each and every small detail - some of which no one else would notice. I highly recommend that you hire them for any and all of your flooring needs; they do quality work for better than a reasonable price!"

We are looking for reliable hard workers to join our installation crew!

Immediate Helper/Assistant position's available. Basic construction job site knowledge, familiarity with basic power tools and how to read a tape measure preferred. Trade experience helpful but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.

MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE AND TRANSPORTATION TO WORK

Duties of this job position include:

• Assist with Demo/Floor Prep
• Jobsite Set up and Clean Up
• Mix mortars/grouts
• Cut material using wet and dry saws
• Load/unload Material

FULL TIME | $14 - $16 per hour to start. DOE. Benefits and Potential salary increase after 90-day review. Opportunities for advancement and higher pay as skillset increases.

Ideal for someone who is:
• Positive “Can Do” Attitude
• Organized, Detail Oriented and Able to Multitask
• People/Team Oriented – Interacting with other crew members and working in a team environment.
• Adaptable/flexible -- Must be willing to learn and take direction from crew leader and/or lead installer.
• Comfortable with power tools, power saws, and hand tools.
