We decided to hand toss our Pizza Dough daily. It took a lot of hard work and determination to learn how to knead and roll out the dough to our perfect size of 18 inches.

Our pizza sauce is made daily with just the right amount of spices and garlic.

All of our vegetables are freshly bought and cut daily.
