This has been one of the hardest posts for me . One of my closest friends and business partner ,Jessica Leichtweisz has now transitioned and is with God. She was not only an amazing BCBA who helped countless families with autism, supervised so many BCBA’s or even wrote so many books in our field . She was my friend who I have known for over 16 years and whose energy and zest for life was unmatched . Her love of God and life were inspiring . I will miss her humour and strength that kept me going over the last several years especially . It wasn’t many people who saw things the way I did and she was one who I can vent and confide in. Jesus has another Angel up there and I know she is in a better place of no longer suffering . Cancer didn’t win but she beat the odds to live how she did . She lived more in her 37 years than people twice her age . Til we meet again in heaven.”
