Dear Ticketmaster, Moda Center at the Rose Quarter and Pearl Jam, the way you conducted the public on sale yesterday should be illegal.
Randomly flagging verified fan account as fraud to diminish event demand, isn’t that fraud itself?
Making fans sign up before the on sale, and going through a custom link with a custom password is fine, yes that helps reduce demand. HOWEVER, letting said fans sit in your queue and let them pick their seats, get all the way to checkout and BAM: error message, call the fraud department and they drop your tickets. No sale.
When I called to resolve this, I was told they do this because there’s too much ticket demand. WTF??? how is this not illegal??
You’re randomly flagging verified fan accounts as fraud because you as a company can’t handle ticket demand. Then get out the business!
You’ve now done this to 2 of my accounts including my account that houses my Blazers season tickets.
You’re causing mental breakdowns.
The officer who called to check in on me actually said I might be able to sue them for this… ugh if only I was rich enough to afford a lawyer!
We need to join forces and create a lawsuit against Ticketmaster. They should not be allowed to do this!

The band! put on an amazing show last night. So happy to see them for the first time! Oh and Robert Smith just wanted to sing his heart out and play his guitar for us! Great show, sounded great!

What a night Saturday with DJ NOBU (OFFICIAL).
Proper warehouse rave. Thanks for letting me do what I love (photography)! Finally felt inspired to do so after all this time (covid)! Here’s a few highlights I was able to snag (yes, permission was acquired!)!

Big success on my first edition of MASS last Sunday!
Andrew Boie and Night Visitor / DJ Screendoor both had wicked awesome 3 hour all vinyl sets!
The crowd and vibes were great!
