This past Saturday at the Hagg Lake Triathlon was an excellent showing for our superstar physical therapist, Scott. He conquered the challenging race, including a 750-meter Swim, a 12.5-mile Bike ride, and a 5K Run. Best of all, he was first in his age group, 12 out of 252 overall.
Way to go, Scott! 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️

Last night, our therapists, Lorena Turner (director of pelvic health) and Melisa Abesa (orthopedic clinical specialist), hosted the Pelvic Floor 101 workshop at our Sherwood location.
Attendees learned:

🔹How stress can impact the pelvic floor
