❌And you do not need to to feel any guilt what so ever for eating what you want!
Do you remember the first time you experienced shame around your body?
Maybe it was on the playground at school.
Or, a family member at the dinner table .
Or, it was during puberty-always a joy of a time 😬.

I was 6 years old when I first felt that shame. I began to be teased from kids at my school for being chubbier than others. I learned very quickly that my body was wrong. That I was somehow different, and that those differences made people uncomfortable and upset.
This shame caused me to live many years hating myself, and trying to change and “fix” what I thought was broken.
I had adopted the belief that unless I were to change my body, that I would be unlovable, unimportant, and unworthy. Is that true? No. But that the was belief system that I LEARNED. And it is the very belief system that needs to be unlearned if you truly want to heal your relationship with yourself.
Learning to love and accept yourself cannot happen unless you first are willing to question the beliefs that got you to where you are, and adapt a new belief system that supports your journey.
