Parkinson’s is a movement disorder. Connections between brain functions that control muscles and the muscles themselves sometimes seem to be severed. Parts of the body may become rigid. Walking may be difficult or lack a natural gait. Many other physical and mental effects may appear. The medical community does not profess a cure for Parkinson’s nor definitive causes.

The clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s, along with the symptoms, can be stressful. Exercise, diet, medicine, and therapy can treat physical, mental, and emotional issues, but stress itself is elusive. Yet stress and its cousin trauma may be key to developing a cure.

If we think we are only bodies with brains that operate them, we limit ourselves. Subtle energies are a natural part of this world. We can learn to identify, express, and guide them.
