Warm-Up Music: 7pm
Opening Circle: 7:30
Closing Circle: 8:45
Sliding scale $20-15

~ All levels of movement experience welcome
~ No strong scents, please
~ 18 and older

We have increased our fees to cover the large increase in hall rental, cleaning fees, supplies and administrative costs.

A personal note and request. As we return to community and gathering. Let's leave the Covid debate outside the hall. If you need to have it, ask a trusted friend for tea and have a chat. Or there are lots of other gathering or online forums with your personally like minded people who share your values and opinions. We are coming together to move your bodies, feel our feelings and be with others non verbally. Give yourself a break from it for 2 hours and see what emerges. If this ask makes you mad or angry? Move with that too . I ask for myself and other who feel anxious about returning and being in community with lots of differing opinions.

COVID SAFETY
• Stay home if you have any symptoms or have had any Covid contact within the past two weeks.
If you have tested positive in the last 30 days please only return after you have 2 negative tests results at least 10 days apart after your positive test and have been symptom free.
• Masks are welcome and a good preventive measure for now.
• Social distancing: consent is required to enter anyone's immediate breathing space (two arm's length), whether for a hug, a contact dance, or simply dancing in proximity. High flying contact, wild dancing, and/or darting across the dance floor tend to breach that consent, so you need to be particularly conscientious if your dance tends towards any of those styles.
• We have extensive ventilation fans, open windows, window fans, and open doors.
• We have hand sanitizer available at the door.
Be respectful of others and their views and opinions. Listen before debating and thank them for the thoughts and move on if you don't agree.

Greetings Dancers! It is looking like the Sunnyside gym will NOT be open to us gathering in person until Phase 3 of Multnomah County's re-opening. Currently, Multnomah County has not yet entered Phase 1...... in the meanwhile, Zoom Dances will continue to be offered each & every Wednesday. Hope you are finding creative ways to stay connected and to Grok & Grow amidst ALL that is shifting in our collective landscape.
