Torigara Shoyu is made with shoyu tare, chicken broth, chicken breast chashu, chi-yu, sansho oil, garlic chip, spinach, leeks, nori, and thin noodles.

Bluefin tuna is often considered the king of tuna and has become one of the most prized fish for sushi. We receive shipments directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo, and break down the fish in-house with care.
