Oh what fun! When we started planning a tenant improvement for an architecture and design firm, we knew it would be a great project, but the Oh planning+design architecture space turned out even better than we could have hoped. Thank you so much for the opportunity!

Did you know 9 out of 10 animals prefer to have Pacific Crest Structures contracted for their Veterinary Clinics and Hospitals? Okay, I’m not sure that is really true, but I know we LOVE working with them. The doctors, staff and patients are always a pleasure and working with Mountainside Veterinary Hospital was no different. I’m a sucker for good before and after photos and these do not disappoint. This was a tenant improvement we helped North Portland Dental CarePortland Dental Care with in their lobby and front office. I hope they are loving their new space as much as we are loving the photos. They were even able to remain open while we were working. If your office is ready for a refresh, give us a call!

Mission accomplished! Schnitzer Properties wanted a vacant space prep in a downtown office to make it more desirable for tenants and it was a success. Here's a little sneak peek at the D1 Training facility coming very soon to Beaverton. With approximately 100 locations nationwide, this will be their first in Oregon. Founded in 2001 by former NFL player Will Bartholomew, franchisees now include professional athletes Tim Tebow, Peyton Manning and Von Miller. D-1 Training is a membership-based state of the art facility that offers training backed by sports science, for groups and individuals. They feature multilayered turf and customized equipment that’s found in Division 1 Universities and offer Scholastic Training, Adult Training and Pro Training.

Serene Dental - Azita Shahgaldi, DMD is definitely not your average dental office. What a gorgeous and serene space! Thank you for trusting us with our largest dental project to date. We hope you enjoy your new (work) home.

It is part of the gorgeously historic Morgan Building which was built in 1913 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. Retail shops include Derek's Shoe Repair and Oregon Wines on Broadway. (Thank you, Brett, for your modeling work)

Oh what fun! Arizona Tile has officially opened their Denney Road location. The showrooms are open for your shopping pleasure Mon-Fri from 8-5. I see a tiling project in my future.....

Make your way to the new ECOVIBE location at 2380 SE Hawthorne Blvd! EcoVibe is an urban oasis of plants, pottery, kitchenware, candles, and more. Everything in their shop is thoughtfully curated to bring customers nothing but the best. They are mindful of the environmental, ethical, and social impact of the products they carry. This was a very fun space to work on even before all the great products were loaded in, but now it looks really fantastic!

Thank you everyone who participated in our "Giving Tree." We were able to fulfill wishes for 43 individuals. this year. Have a wonderful Holiday Season!

If you or your organization is looking for a way to give this holiday season, we have a Giving Tree in our lobby. This is the third year we have worked with Albertina Kerr and have found it to be a very positive experience. Hanging from the tree are “wishes” from people of all ages with developmental disabilities. I was feeling a bit optimistic this year and requested 50 tags….even though we currently have only 16 employees. Swing by the office if you would like to help.

Reed and Terry Christenson celebrated their 19th Anniversary with PCS in Sept. We couldn't do it without these two. Thanks for the continued hard work and loyalty gentlemen.
