The tanning, beach-ing, swimming, drinking and sweating of summer is now coming to an end as we move toward the cool and calmer time of year. As we approach fall, it’s time to refresh and rejuvenate our new skin to repair it after the heat of summer. Unclog those pores, exfoliate that dead skin, repair and rejuvenate sun damage, and hydrate from the heat.
💫 Facials are recommended every 4-6 weeks to deep clean your skin, that may not be in everyone’s budget. If you can at least refresh and rejuvenate your skin each season (4x/yr) you and your skin will thank you.

This is your moment! Fall and winter are great times to make the switch to sugaring, if you are new to it.
💫One of the stipulations of sugaring is the patience with the growth process, since your hair needs to be at least a quarter inch for it to be sugared.
💫In the summer months, many of us would definitely not feel comfortable letting our hair grow out, but the cooler months will have you covered up a majority of the time, so you can let your hair grow freely without the insecurity or fear of it showing.
💫By starting your process in the fall or winter, your skin will be glowy and smooth by the the summer! Plus, the weeks between your sugaring won’t be so hairy and definitely not prickly.

EXFOLIATE. EXFOLIATE. EXFOLIATE. 2-3x a week.
💫 Physical exfoliation uses manipulation to speed up exfoliation. This would be Sugar scrubs and dry brushes.
💫 Chemical exfoliation loosens dead skin cells for easy removal. This would be acids and enzymes.
💫 Don’t skip on the moisture after 😉
