Because Dinner Rush is so busy, ESPECIALLY MON, TUE & WED, please assume your food will take AT THE VERY LEAST an HOUR to RECEIVE this way you can plan around the WEST COAST'S BEST Thai Food dinner's preperation time and also have a great suprisewhen it comes earlier!!!
We ask this 'cause after what happened these last 2 days...All our regular customers know we hand make each plate individually but with not knowing the conditions at this new location and because a couple mean spirited people hurt my wife's feelings with their reactions to impatience we're going to try this approach to maybe w**d out impatience on the outset with a blanket approach of: "...EXPECT AN HOUR AT THE VERY LEAST DURING DINNER RUSH TIME..." Offering to call people when the food is ready apparently isn't good enough!
We are sorry we cannot meet everyone's expectations!

I feel wierd even saying this but, because we're trying very hard to get you everything you love without too much trouble we are hard pressed this weekend because we're wanting to open at new location on Monday. Because of many setbacks especially my back setting us back, I need to ask please be patient!
We are trying to accommodate everyone no matter in it's 1 tea or 8 dinners with a lot of appetizers.
The reason I feel weird saying it like this is because I just had an issue with one customer that wanted one dinner and because I'm hard-pressed to answer the phone with everything I'm trying to do I asked is it going to be one item or more a couple of times and he got instantly agitated and I'm trying to give as much to everyone with an old man's memory(my fault I know) as I can.
Please patients will help me help you greatly!

During the Covid 19 pandemic we are offering free deliveries to help with the stress.
But we are only 2 people so here is how we can accomplish this...
1st) from Open till Close anyone 60+ has open delivery option all day.
2nd) from 5pm till Close for everyone else.
3rd) delivery area is strictly St Johns ONLY! SORRY everyone else! Only 2 of us!
Lastly) people 60+ have priority because they are highest risk for worst of the possibilities!

☆☆☆If everyone is patient we will be happily partying on the other side of this in 2 weeks +/- a month!

EDIT: P.S. HEALTH DEPT spoke with us today and I'm happy to say they're happy with our setup for the handling of customers during this unfortunate time!

To help with coming together while still dealing with the strain of staying apart, for the next ?!?don't know how long?!?, we are offering free deliveries for orders of $10.00 or more. (ST JOHNS ONLY, SORRY)
Please allow time for us to contend with all 3 or 4 customers who show up at cart and other deliveries. I pray no delivery will be over :45 but it's only 2 of us!
Hopefully this will help to ease any tensions we may all feel a little bit!

HAPPY NEW YEAR (again) St. Johns! I have an announcement for everyone!
From January 24th 2019 until either February 13th or 14th Sila Thai will be CLOSED because, Moon's going back to Thailand to visit family and celebrate their lunar New Year!
So basically, I know how addictive her food is! You need to wean yourself! Because eventually you WILL need your Sila Thai "Fix" so best advice is, "buy extra now and freeze it for those days you cannot stave off the Sila Thai Withdrawals!"
My motto is:
