If charboiled scallops are what you’re craving than DiMillo’s is the place for you. This weekend our dinner feature is charbroiled scallop Puttanesca Verde. Garlic and anchovies are sautéed in olive oil until anchovies breakdown and acquire a nutty taste, with roasted Serano chilies, artichoke hearts, capers, green olives, fiddleheads and fresh basil. This is tossed with tagliatelle pasta, and finished with charboiled scallop, skewers, and crispy breadcrumbs.

Sliced & served over sautéed ramp leaves and finished with crispy fried mini potatoes, thin, sliced, pickled ramps, and creamy grapefruit & basil vinaigrette.
