Your Impact:
Consultative Expertise: You'll be the go-to resource for assessing when additional behavioral health support is needed, collaborating closely with our primary care providers.
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct in-depth mental health assessments that illuminate diagnoses and inform personalized treatment plans, ensuring clarity and effective therapeutic outcomes.
Therapeutic Support: Provide brief, solution-focused therapy tailored to each client's needs, offering crucial bridge therapy and referral recommendations for ongoing care.
Care Coordination: Foster seamless transitions between care levels, ensuring clients receive the right level of support at the right time.
Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with primary care and psychiatric providers to coordinate care efforts, promoting holistic health outcomes for our clients.
Educational Leadership: Develop and deliver mental health trainings for our medical staff, empowering our team with the latest insights and practices.

Benefits:
- For full time status we use a baseline definition of 4 days per week, 32 patient contact hours. We will consider applicants interested in part-time schedules as well, though this will impact the salary range.
- License Renewal Fees Reimbursed for Oregon
- Reasonable Professional Association Dues Paid
- $2,500 CME expenses allowed annually
- Malpractice “claims made” at $2M/$6M.
- Clinic provided parking with security on-site
- 6 paid holidays
- 3 weeks of vacation (based on days worked)
- 1 week of paid sick leave (based on days worked)
- 2 weeks allowed for CMEs (based on days worked)
- 93% of health insurance cost for self (currently 3 options to choose from)

Our social committee did a phenomenal job putting our Mario Bros themed float together! was gracious enough to loan us a garden cart for use to attach our float to wheels! This was a huge help! Staff came out in costumes! What a fun time at the Fred Meyer Junior Rose Parade!

We weren’t working yesterday, but we didn’t want the day to get to far away without wishing all of the wonderful mothers out there Happy (belated) Mother’s Day!
