Here we go again. If lucky, we will have another day. Another opportunity to live our lives as fully as we wish. Are we ready? I am!

Let's talk about rapid recovery from trauma using Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART is an extremely effective modality for healing all sorts of challanges particularly difficult memories and physical sensations from traumatic experiences.

Can you notice all the pieces to the vast puzzle of your life; the complicated pieces and the seamless pieces? Consider allowing all of your pieces to co exist in harmony. It IS possible.

What do you notice when you look inside? Can you be curious and ready for what's happening simply because it IS happening?

Fear. Thoughts running away. Bring yourself back. What's happening inside? Can you breathe into the fear and imagine it dissolving? What would happen to the fear if you imagined it bathed with love?

If that feels to scary, can you notice what's happening around you? What do you see, what do you hear, what do you smell? How does the air feel on your skin? All the while, breathe into your belly and exhale slowly and fully. ❤️
