"Snowpocalypse: Got Caught, Flat-Footed?.

Were you blind-sided by last weekend's snow & ice storm? Yes, some of our local weather-guessers told us it would be treacherous, but like the Little Boy who cried "Wolf", we've come to temper our views of their cackling.

However, it was just two weeks ago that that august weather prognosticator, Punxsutawney Phil himself, warned that we would have 6 more weeks of Winter. It appears that this quaint ritual is at least partly right. And we have another 2/3rds of "Winter" yet to endure.

Ok. So where is this note going? The point is to let you know that Janu Gems will be here at BDC this weekend, Saturday thru Monday. (And, yes, we realize that Monday is not a weekend day. Poetic license.)

If you take Phil seriously, now would be a good time to lay in the supplies for your next "unscheduled" beading opportunity.

You know Theodore from his previous visits, and you know he brings exceptional value.
