Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is a technique that works to gently restore proper function, position, and mobility to the internal organs of the body. This is helpful for digestive problems, emotional regulation, and many musculoskeletal conditions that originate in the organs. (This technique requires specific training.)

Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic Massage is an approach that uses manual techniques(MFR, Trigger Point, Scar Tissue Work, Muscle Energy Technique) to restore proper alignment and function to the joints in the body. This happens by balancing muscle activity and fascial tension across the joints. This is useful for postural deviations, joint dysfunction, injuries, and repetitive stress syndromes.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle but powerful therapeutic technique. In CST the therapist works from your head, feet, and sacrum to help your body deeply relax so that your Cranio-Sacral Rhythm can open up and stabilize. The Cranio-Sacral Rhythm is generated by the movement of cerebrospinal fluid around the spinal cord and brain. When this movement is unrestricted the nervous system is calm and the body relaxes very deeply. This technique is good for releasing deep fascial tensions in the spine helping alignment, posture, and addressing many conditions that other techniques cannot. (This technique requires specific training.)

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is a therapeutic technique that focuses on reducing pain/tension and restoring function to muscles that have developed trigger points. Trigger points are points of restricted fascia and energy which develop in muscles. Trigger points reduce muscle strength and have a referred pain when pressed on. Painful spots that hurt only locally are usually spasm or knots. Trigger Point Therapy is the practice of identifying and treating trigger points to reduce pain and restore muscle function. (This technique requires specific training.)

Myo-Fascial Release
Myo-Fascial Release is a technique used to break up and stretch the myo-fascia of the body. Myo-fascia is the word used to describe the muscles and connective tissue as they exist together in the body. Myo-Fascial Release is the most structurally effective style of massage. It is useful for correcting postural imbalances, freeing adhesions and scar tissue, recovering from injuries, and moving stagnant Chi and emotional energy in the body. (This technique requires specific training.)

Floatarium Float Tank
The Floatarium float tank is an extra large tank which offers a particularly spacious float. There is no light on the inside, and one manually lifts and lowers the lid. It is the most simple of our three float tanks, and often, a favorite among experienced float tank enthusiasts.

Infinity Float Tank
Yes, you can experience all the benefits of a closed-lid tank in our beautiful open-lid Infinity float tank. Protected from light and sound, this room provides a wonderful float, perfect for the person who has wanted to ‘dip a toe in the water’ to see what floating may be like, or for the veteran floater. A gentle light in the room may be turned off or on from within the tank using one of the open float tank’s specially-designed air buttons.

Floataway Tranquility Float Tank
Because of its optional internal light and push-button controls, the Floataway Tranquility is our friendliest float tank for a first time user. The door to the Tranquility lifts and closes with the press of a button to expose a comfortable, egg-shaped internal space, and may be left open to allow you to acclimate and begin to relax. A gentle light inside this Floataway Tranquility float tank illuminates a softly glowing contoured space designed for an optimal floatation tank experience. When you are ready, you can close the door from where you float, and push a button to turn off the internal lights. Additionally, a third button alerts our front desk staff in the case that you would like assistance, and will promptly bring an attendant to your door.
This beautiful float tank was custom built in the United Kingdom by Floataway.
