We’re all so excited about ‘s latest concoction: a vegan clarified milk punch!

Milk Punch is made by building a ‘punch’ with spirit, sweetener, citrus, and spices, and adding cows milk which curdles on contact. Straining the liquid to create a clarified liquid is a time consuming final step, but the end result is something most cocktail enthusiasts nerd out on.

Andria dreamed up a fresh take, with matcha-infused coconut milk as the base, and created a seriously unique and delightful late summer beverage.

Our building wears many hats. Tonight, we host an intimate team dinner in the bar, and a presentation dinner in the ‘North Room’. Tomorrow, and through the weekend, it’s service as usual.

A couple of weeks ago, a few of our cherished crew gathered at for an afternoon of pizza-making, bird watching, exploring, and connecting. As we gear up for a bustling summer and add a few more talented folks to the team, it’s so good to feel such a sense of trust and gratitude between us.
