Join us this Saturday on March 16th at 11am for our first annual Spring Egg Hunt!🐰

At this Free family event, we will be reading a story, building our own super creative egg-citing inventions in our Egg Construction Zone, decorating eggs, bunnies and baskets, playing with our sensory bins and in our play room and outside, and engaging in holiday family games and activities! 🐦🥚✨️

This event is free and all materials are provided.🐇✨️

We are launching our Cooperative Homeschooling Classes through Brave New School beginning next week!!❄️✨️

One of the courses I am teaching is called:

English 6th-11th Banned Book Club 📖✨️

This course will be an examination of the recent banned books in the American theatre and learning what causes books to be banned. We will be reading 2 different books from the recent banned books over the course and will be selecting the books collectively as the democratic process in the class. The beginning of the course will involve the aspects to planning and implementing a project, learning how to use our understanding of the banned books to convey a message and meaning to what is perceived as we create our book projects.️📚✨️

We are so excited to launch our Homeschooling Cooperative Classes on Monday and Wednesday afternoons starting on January 15th 2024!✨️

We will have a Creative Movement class for ages 3-6 and Tumble and Flow class for ages 5-9 with Mhina Ramos, a Computer Animation Basics class, the Banned Book Club HS English class, a Multimedia Art class for ages 7-17, and a VA/US History class for middle through high school aged students! 💚✨️

Our Homeschooling Cooperative Classes start on January 15th, join us as we learn at a deeper level!!!❄️✨️

July 10-14 Air, Bubbles, and Birds! -Exploring air, wind, bubbles, kites and birds!
July 17-21 Trees, Plants and Us! -Experiencing nature and all of our green friends!
July 24-28 Bugs, Flying, Digging and Wiggling! -Getting low and high with our insect friends!
August 7/31-4 Fish in the Sea! -Under the ocean with our fun finned friends!
August 7-11 Amphibians, Wet and Dry! -In land and in the water exploring our swampy friends!
August 21-25 Reptiles, Lizards, and Dragons! -Getting dried out with our fiery tiny dragons!
