Just a reminder that we will be closing today, Christmas Eve, at 11:00 am for your last minute haircuts! 💇‍♂️ The shop will also will be closed on Monday, December 27th. See you all on Tuesday! WOW can you all believe today marks 1 year that we re-opened the shop after almost 4 months of being shutdown due to covid?!?! It sure has been a difficult year for us all! We wanted to take a moment to give a huge and grateful THANK YOU to the loyal and new customers for supporting us throughout the restrictions and craziness of last year to get this business back up and running!!

Without you guys we would be nothing and we appreciate each and every one of you, like family! Thank you once again for all your love, support and friendship through this past year and always!!

Happy Monday all!!💈 We have made it over the initial hump and with restrictions loosened we have decided on some service changes that will be a bit more 'normal' for us all!
💈We will go back to all WALK-INS! All previous appointments will be honored! I will have 3 waiting in the shop, 1 in the chair. Taking advantage of the nice weather there will be 3 chairs outside, but if you prefer to wait in your car you can. It will still work the same, as 1 comes out 1 comes in!💈

1. Face masks will be required for entry 2. This will be a hard one for ALL of us that are accustomed to a Barber Shop atmosphere with a full waiting room and lots of laughs, but ONLY 1 CUSTOMER will be in the shop at a time, this will give me a chance to sanitize so we can have a safe and healthy environment.
3. I will have a sign-in sheet with different time slots daily. If you are in an early time slot, you should wait in your car and when you see the customer ahead of you come out head for the door and I will call you in when I am ready. If you are in the later slots be sure to get there a little early so you don't lose your turn!

The Governor has given the green light for Dutchess County and the rest of the Mid-Hudson region to begin Phase 1 of the re-opening process on Tuesday, May 26th. County Executive Marc Molinaro has issued the following statement:

“Dutchess County and the Mid-Hudson Region, will officially begin Phase One reopening on Tuesday, May 26th. With the region having successfully met all of the health metrics to reopen and the balance of volunteer contact tracers conducting their online training this weekend, Governor Cuomo has given us the green light for Restarting Dutchess on Tuesday.

We now begin a new chapter. The work we all do going forward will determine our course forward. Businesses will be slowly reopening with strict health and safety plans in place that must be followed. Public health teams will be watching all of the data closely to protect our community health. Individuals must maintain their vigilance in protecting themselves and their families – wear face coverings when going out, maintain social distancing, and wash your hands. Continuing to make smart choices will protect our community.

We are exceptionally grateful to all those who have signed up to volunteer as contact tracers – it is critical the training is completed this weekend to ensure our reopening proceeds on Tuesday. Thank you for making our Tuesday reopening possible!”

(Please note: New York State has NOT authorized the Department of Motor Vehicles to reopen to the public. DMV remains closed under Executive Order through June 6th. No reopening date has yet been established.)
