My alter set up in New Paltz. Where it and I lived for almost 5 years. It held a lot for me. All the ups and downs of life. I grew a lot starting over in NP. Found another service to offer the world, started painting art for arts sake (fun), immersed myself more in nature, found a new community of like minded friends, an ashram, more yoga students, hosted a bunch of parties, developed my tango and west coast swing dance, and so much more. YogaNut's outdoor community yoga classes will be focusing on various slow flows, graceful movements, balance and back ending postures and inversions. Class is on the stage at James Baird Park. Thursdays 10:30am-11:45am throughout the summer. Club house rd Poughkeepsie. Or exit 48 of Taconic Stare Parkway. It's an all levels class and very beginner friendly. Cost $15 per class $10 for students, or if you refer a new friend. FREE for you if you bring 2 new friends. If u can't join there I also teach a Sunday morning zoom yoga class. It's all levels. A clip from the Ayurveda Intro Workshop I gave to SUNY New Paltz’s Yoga a collective Group last week. I really value working in an embodied way as much as I can when I teach or counsel. When I discovered art and then yoga I began to learn things in a deeper way then most of my educational experiences.
