Thomas Kacherski opened Crew Restaurant in May of 2009. He has created a casual and modern environment with a dedication to local and organic fare.
Thomas is a 2001 Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate. He has a passion for dining excellence, fresh ingredients and professional service. Crew’s staff is highly trained and dedicated to the owners’ visions. Crew is part of the CIA extern program, providing students with extensive training on site. Many chefs currently employed are CIA alumni.

Summer has officially begun and so have our summer hours! As of this week we’ll be closing Sundays, which allows for our hard working staff to enjoy some well deserved fun in the sun! ☀️
We will return to our Sunday hours in the Fall!

We are truly grateful and honored to be celebrating our 15th Birthday today!!

Thomas is a 2001 Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate, has been recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine, Hudson Valley Magazine, and Zagat. In addition he has recently been inducted into the Chaîne des Rôtísseurs, the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world.
Crew’s staff is highly trained and dedicated to the owner’s visions. Crew is part of the CIA extern program, providing students with extensive training on site. Many chefs currently employed are CIA alumni.
