2023 PROPERTY TAX VALUATION CYCLE NOTIFICATION 🏡💵
In most counties, property tax valuations occur on January 1st and notification cards are generally sent out in the summer months. As a homeowner, you have a short appeal period if you believe your individual property tax valuation is too high. The property taxes for the 2023 valuation cycle are to be paid in 2024.
