Ocular Sports is where athletes come to dominate the game. We don't train you to get to the ball. We Ocular Sports Training is a 7,000 square foot facility.
Ocular Sports is an indoor Sports Performance Facility with state of the art equipment for athletic dominance. We specialize in weight training, speed, agility and conditioning. Ocular Sports has 40 yards of multi-purpose turf for Speed, Agility, Soccer and Lacrosse Training. We are well equipped with weightlifting stations and dumb bells.

Fathers Day training and 7 on 7 has come to an end. Great turn out. I am having surgery in the morning so no morning session. But I will be rocking an rolling at 7:15 so let's get it.

I thank you all who are telling me Happy Father's Day. Please let me express my feelings on how blessed I feel that all my parents trust in me to be a part in your child's future. Believing in me to mold your child to be the most successful person possible. Those that know me understand that i am so passionate about the develop of each athlete. My training is not for everyone.. And to bring your athlete to me every week makes me feel amazing. Heaven on earth .. Thanks and I love each and everyone of.
