About Me

Since earning my Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health degrees, I pursued a career in Wellness Coaching. A career choice that was influenced by my journey in longterm recovery from substance use disorder (SUD). I came to a realization that I was never happier doing anything than I was with helping others tap into their potentials. This is when I made a conscious decision to step away from the field of pharmacy to become a wellness coach. I received my wellness coach training and certification at the Mayo Clinic and I am here to provide you with coaching to foster your growth, actions plans, and help reach your goals.

Wellness coaching aims at providing guidance to help with discovering and enhancing untapped potentials. As your wellness coach, I apply positive motivational interviewing strategies to help uncover your unique skills, strengths, and resources to reach the desired goals. I collaborate with my clients, making myself available as a resource and contributor to an action plan that is both efficient and effective, taking into account every variable and every circumstance – this method is important to ensure impactful results and sustainable lifestyle shifts. Through wellness coaching, you will experience a different level of goal setting and health ownership to gain control of what matters most: your health and wellbeing.
