To My Dear Clients/Patients,
It is with a HEAVY heart I am announcing that Rehab to Life will be retiring from Hopkinton Ma. after nearly 18 years, and 30 years in the body beauty servicing field. This decision may come at no surprise to some….

You see for 30 years I have had the honor and privilege to not only physically touch thousands of people throughout my career, but to build some of the most respected relationships with brilliant people! Not only have these relationships grown on a professional level but many on a much deeper level. I MUST thank the employees of Dell/EMC for not only believing in my expertise of alternative health, but for always having some of the most intellectual conversation. Together we grew, watching each other get married, have children, change, position, travel to new ventures, and sometimes the most painful experiences of divorce, loss, health issues, or overcoming surgeries. We have surely laughed and cried together! The past year I have had to say goodbye to 23 families that moved out of MA. and take that leap of faith to the next level and as painful it was to see so many go the joy I have hearing about their new journey. But the truth is many of my clients and I have had this hard discussion of making these life changing choices. I have wanted to move to the west since I was in my early 20’s and life got in the way as we say, the thing is... life was never in the way! My journey has gone exactly the way it was suppose too…every bit of it! I needed to gain knowledge, wisdom, strength, and courage and many of you have been an inspiration more than you know. I’m great a giving constructive advice but there are times when one must listen to their own advice and GO FOR IT! Life is short, live life to the fullest, follow your dreams, write it, talk about it, plan it, take action you deserve it, we all do!

I have always been so passionate about my career and helping people to live a quality life, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally. I have incredible memories to reflect upon from delivering babies, working with children to young adults, rehabilitating patients pre/post operative care, coaching clients through weight loss 100lbs +, working with Lyme and Mold patients, the honor of working with my cancer patients, and some of the most sacred moments of comforting loved ones passing to the other side, and the list goes on! I am so grateful for this journey it truly has shaped me into the loving, compassionate, hardworking woman that I am today, for that there is not enough language in our dialect to thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

My last day of services will be May 24th 2022 Tues. This gives clients the opportunity to redeem any outstanding gift certificate and complete any rehabilitation packages. My online Etsy store will continue to be open, and any Life Coaching services will continue to be offered. I will continue to support clients with medicinal products. Please contact me for question, concerns, referrals, and any appointments you would like to book before my departure.

Week 2 “Teen Anxiety Training”
We woke up the Root Chakra! 🔥
We detoxed, hula hooped 😁banged on the drum🥁, journaled📗and settled down with meditation🧘🏻‍♀️
My homemade granola was a delicious treat for the brain

When you do good deeds, you get bigger rewards! God puts us on the right path Mother Earth nurtures us!

Earth Day 🌎 cleaned up 4 huge contractor bags on the Millbury bike path! Great to have a few people working for the same cause.
Our family accomplished 3 bridges that were pretty trashed from prior occupancy used for shelter. 🥲
Finding all the beauty in nature while cleaning gives you more inspiration after all this is their home too! 🙏❤️💪🦆🦋🪱

In honor of Earth Day 🌎 and raising participation in support of a Hershey Co. Grant for my "Teen Anxiety Training Program"
today we will focus on the Millbury bike path along the Blackstone River near the Millbury mall.
If anyone wants to join Rehab to Life on Earth Day community project 🌎 and an amazing cause for my "Teen Anxiety Program" we will be there around 10 am. I have permission to drop bags off at the transfer station and we have a pick up truck!
Let's do this to make our world a better place!

More big accomplishments this week! Dawn Wilson is officially certified for Youth Mental Health First Aid! Dawn has been taking her school vacation from teacher to educating herself as well! BRAVO!!!
I passed a big virtual coaching exam! I renewed my Mass Cori background check for the trust and safety for parents and students!
I also am part of the OUR organization and have been certified in raising awareness, recognizing signs of human trafficking.
We want all parents/guardians to understand how serious we are in taking on this job for our community and the massive actions we are taking to ensure these children are getting the best quality care and service!
We look forward to educating teens for a brighter future without limiting beliefs, and the ability to self-regulate, self-nurture, and to recognize their abilities in order to achieve their goals.

It's working with kids like Benjamin that make this journey worth it all! When I first started coaching Ben I had and IMMEDIATE connection....It's was size. Ben was a rather small kid with amazing talent but there were limiting beliefs that held him back sometimes. I helped this kid crush those beliefs and shine like the ALL*STAR. We have laughed together, cried together and we have danced in the rain together with victory!
I am honored to have been an influence in his life and have that impact as a coach!
I can't wait to see what the future holds for this kid and have been blessed to watch him grow into a young man!
