Hartgrave Homestead

This page was created by a momma helping her little girls raise healthy farm animals! Our girls sell goat milk, eggs, chicks, and baby goats.

All money goes to our girls since they do most of the work and truly enjoy being little entrepreneurs!

We are huge fans of Cavallo Walking on Boots ! We are able to keep all our horses barefoot but this is a great option if your horse gets tender footed on trails. Cali Alicia is able to put these on her horse without any help! So convenient 🙌🏼

Reasons to do business with Walking on Boots:
US Based Customer Service
Should you get the wrong size and need to return, it is much easier to return in the US vs sending a return overseas.
When you select my remote sizing service you will get several boot sizes to try on, ensuring we get the best fit.
If you are local to my area, then in person fittings are an option. I'll bring several different sizes and types of boot to find the best fit for your horse.
Depending on the brand you choose, purchasing directly from the company may require you to pay an import tax. Remember that when comparing costs.
I offer more than one brand. I’ve learned that no one brand is best for each situation. Which is why I carry Scoots, Cavallo, Flex, and Evo boots.
Two week trial period. If you are not loving the boots you can return them. If you don’t want another size or brand then your refund will be less my expenses and $20 if the boots are not in new condition.
Trade in options available. If you have boots you want to trade in, we can discuss that as an option.
Several payment options available. Cash, Check, Paypal, Venmo, or Credit Card.

All our farm pals are put up and tucked away for hopefully the last night at these extreme temps 🥶 it hasn’t been easy but we are thankful everyone is handling it well (eating, drinking, and all feel and look warm!) and definitely glad we made proper preparations before it got bad 🙌🏼 chickens🐓 , goats🐐, pigs 🐖, horses🐴 , dogs🐕 , and kitties 🐈‍⬛ ... hope you all know how much you are loved!

Making sure everyone has enough ways to keep warm has been priority these days! 🥶 Shelters, straw, blankets, restocked feed, and extra lovings on all our animals❤️

Forgot to post these pictures of our chicks after they hatched! 😍
About three weeks ago now, 2 out of 6 eggs hatched 🐣 and we put in another 6 to incubate 🥚 ! These little chicks have been thriving and will soon be moved out of their brooder into their next safe and temporary coop before joining all the adult chickens 🐓

Our egg production is looking fabulous these days! 😍
Our youngest and newest ladies have started laying even though it’s been so cold! 😬 That’s a good sign that they are happy and healthy! 🙌🏼 Our girls are excited to see the color variety in their eggs since that’s what they were hoping for ❤️

We got Pepper a new friend! Isn’t she adorable?! She’s half Large Black hog and half Red Wattle 🐷 but we can’t come up with a name! Can you help us?!

First baby to be born on the homestead!!!
We got our kids an incubator for Christmas and they said it was the best gift ever! Our girls feel like true mamas watching this chick hatch 🐣 and have thanked God for a very spunky and healthy little life ❤️
Let us know if you’d like to purchase healthy, fertilized eggs!
PS. We expected the hatching process to take several hours but that wasn’t the case with this one ... chick got out very quickly!!!👏
